Somatic's, Sound Bath + Art

Sound Healer, Somatic Therapist and Yoga Instructor, Hannah Demuth will lead us through a series of somatic movement as we transition into sound healing experience.

Afterwords, we will take time to get inspiration and use art as self love and healing. International artist Lisa Regan will provide canvases as well as different types, painting materials, including brushes, stencils, and paint it. She will help you to get the inspiration if you’re new to painting or maybe having creative block.

The plant medicine bar will featuring a non-psychoactive heart chakra blend to help open your heart chakra along with cannabis CBD + THC cannabis as well as other plant medicines.

For snacks we will have a nourishment charcuterie board and a summer tea.
